I offer a calm and supportive space where you can connect with yourself and grow into the life you want to the life you want to live.

Like the willow tree—strong, flexible, and deeply rooted—I aim to help you weather life’s changes with resilience, clarity, and compassion. My goal is to provide a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative space where clients can build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with a mindful, person-centered presence. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen and heard, and when we have the tools to navigate deeper questions of meaning and purpose
