As an individual, couples, and family therapist, I work with college students and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.

College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring academic pressure, internship and job challenges, career uncertainty, relationship challenges, family expectations, loneliness, identity questions, the stress of figuring out who you are and where you’re headed and more.

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate, struggling with stress or motivation, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, having difficulty setting boundaries, or trying to balance school, relationships, family, work and your own needs.

Sometimes, you may simply know that something feels off and want a space to talk it through.

I support college students and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, family conflict, self-esteem, identity, career, vocational concerns, internship and job challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, and more.

My therapy approach is warm, welcoming, collaborative, and judgment-free.

We’ll work together to identify goals that are meaningful to you and explore what may be getting in the way.

Some of the goals clients have worked toward in therapy include managing anxiety and stress, building confidence and self-esteem, improving communication and relationships, establishing healthier boundaries, navigating family dynamics, gaining clarity around identity and career, and adjusting to major life transitions.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You can come as you are, and we can begin from there.
