Do you ever catch yourself questioning your worth because of the way others have treated you? Maybe you grew up with parents who were overly critical, or you’ve been in relationships where friends, partners, or peers made you doubt yourself. Experiences like these can stick with you—making it tough to trust, set boundaries, or feel confident in who you are.
I specialize in working with college students and young adults who are processing relationship trauma. Many of the students I meet with feel weighed down by self-doubt, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or unsure how to move forward after painful experiences. Therapy can be a space to unpack all of that and finally start feeling lighter, more grounded, and more like yourself again.
“I like to start with practical tools that help you manage the stress you’re dealing with right now—whether that’s school, relationships, or daily life. From there, we work together to get to the root of the pain, like past experiences or negative beliefs that keep holding you back. I often use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a powerful therapy method that helps your brain heal from tough experiences, so they don’t have the same hold on you anymore.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and free in your own skin. If you’re ready to move past the weight of old relationships and start building a life where you feel secure, empowered, and worthy, I’d be honored to support you along the way.”
