Hi there! My name is Ainsley Nuhn, I am a licensed psychotherapist in Boulder, Colorado I am also the owner of Reframe Counseling. LLC. Reframe Counseling is a place for people to receive therapeutic services for a variety of issues including: Stress, Anxiety disorders, Trauma recovery, OCD, Depression, ADHD, Relationship Issues, Communication Issues and Transitions. Reframe Counseling is based on the concept that much of what gets in our way to feeling secure is how we are perceiving our experiences, thoughts and feelings- the "frames" in which we see ourselves and the world. The narratives and coping patterns we have adopted may have been useful at one time, however they now may get in the way of us living our best lives. I work with clients to identify what is getting in the way for them. Through empathic support and guidance, I help clients process challenges and adopt healthier ways to manage life. As you are unique and not one modality "fits all", I interweave therapeutic modalities to customize treatment to each person. We will work together to address the issues that are most problematic for you, customizing treatment according to your goals. I offer virtual and in-person sessions. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested in meeting. I offer free initial phone consults and am happy to talk with you about your needs and answer any questions you may have about therapy.
I work with clients who are going through different life transitions, including adjusting to college, relationship changes and career decisions to name just a few, These can be difficult times, where our life often takes us on a different path than the one we expected. Life can be challenging, but these are also often opportunities for growth. It is never too early to start working on your self-care. The hardest part is often taking that first step and acknowledging you may want to ask for help. My hope is to provide you with a place where it's ok not to know the answer, but where you might see things more clearly. You don't have to be alone on your journey.

Natalie Cooney (LMFT), owner and founder of Compass Healing Project, uses her private practice to provide expert trauma resolution care and healing to individuals and relationships. She has a team of therapists on staff whom she supervises and supports as they help you heal. Our primary focus is you--healing. And our approach is holistic. We believe that stress, trauma, anxiety and depression can be best resolved through a body-mind approach. You want to heal, we can help you.
I work with people who believe that relationships (with others, ourselves, and our environments) are what make life meaningful. If you’re struggling to feel consistent or fulfilled, I can provide support while we work to identify and address the contributing issues. I have a special interest in self-esteem related to ADHD and learning disabilities but work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families around a variety of issues. I can help you explore how past experiences impact current patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Together, we’ll work to help you facilitate meaningful changes based on these insights and increase your sense of mastery and control over your reality. My style utilizes both contemplative and evidence-based (DBT, ACT) modalities of therapy.
Taking that first step towards therapy can be daunting, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support. Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I believe that within each person lies the strength to overcome life’s challenges, and my role as your therapist is to walk alongside you as we tap into that potential together. My practice is trauma-informed and deeply person-centered, meaning your safety, comfort, and collaboration are at the forefront of our work. I’m here to help you not just cope but thrive—whether that means building resilience, fostering self-compassion, or navigating life’s complexities with more confidence. I approach therapy with a client-centered framework to let you determine what path your journey is taking. We will create a relationship together where I can be your mirror and reflect your innate wisdom that life's stress and trauma has obscured. Lasting change is created through this empowerment that gives you the strength and awareness to deepen personal resilience. I blend a model of evidence-based therapeutic techniques with non-traditional spiritual knowledge and practices like mindfulness. Through compassion, present-moment focus, and somatic guidance, I offer support unique to what you need for your individual situation. I specialized in working with those with chronic pain, illness, and health concerns, but also have particular attunement to those with trauma and PTSD. I offer an integrative, mind-body approach which utilizes methods like ACT, MBSR, MBCT, and DBT. Together we can tailor an environment of safety and stability where you can start your healing and growth.
Hi! I’m Marissa, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in school counseling. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling, and I focus on learning ways in which people are best able to process traumas, build self-compassion, and practice coping skills for individuals to strengthen their abilities to handle everyday life, and its curveballs. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, overthinking, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded, genuine, and centered around creating a space that actually feels human. I want clients to feel like they can come in exactly as they are — messy thoughts, uncertainty, humor, emotions and all — without feeling judged or pressured to “have it together.” I care deeply about building real, trusting connections and meeting people where they’re at, while helping them grow, heal, and feel more confident and at peace in their lives. Together we’ll explore your current challenges, goals, strengths, and what kind of support may feel most helpful for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or share everything right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the process moving forward.

I might be making a blanket statement here, but here's what I have observed over the years. People between the ages of 18 and 25(ish) are so *aware* of their inner landscape and have a completely different view of mental health and the pursuit of what makes them feel safe, seen, connected and useful. If you're seeking therapy right now, it might feel like everything, from all directions is not to your advantage and what an overwhelming feeling that must be. Systemic problems are rampant and stacked against so many, but especially those of you who are just starting out on your own in this world. I see you. I empathize with you. I'd really love to know your story and work with you in whatever capacity you need. I have a particular specialty in addictions and trauma, however I have experience with many different kinds of needs as I've spent significant time in community mental health and schools. Shoot me a message and tell me what you're looking for. If I don't seem like a good fit, I'm happy to help you find a therapist who might be better. I do accept some insurances so if you're on those plans, let me know. Be well!
