I view therapy as sacred work in which the therapeutic relationship is one of mutual respect and collaboration. I hold a BA in Anthropology from the University of Washington (1997) and a Master’s degree (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University (2010) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. In 2014 I completed a three year advanced training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-centered approach to treating trauma and other stress disorders. I am inspired by Western psychological models and Eastern contemplative techniques, and my practice is enhanced by many years of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher, and as a seeker of various healing modalities. A life-long path of self-exploration and global adventure has been my classroom and has led me to ashrams, Native American sweat lodges, monasteries, and innumerable seminars, workshops, and retreats. I believe in finding inner growth and meaning in all life experiences, especially adversity. My therapeutic style is integrative and holistic, creatively employing Somatic, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques with the intention of restoring balance to body, mind and spirit and inner harmony with all of your Parts. I bring deep empathy, insight, warmth, and liberal doses of humor to my clients, specializing in support for those challenged by trauma and anxiety. I am a trauma survivor, and I am particularly dedicated to the healing of childhood sexual abuse. My passion lies in helping you reconnect with your light. Whatever is standing in your way, whether it is shame, trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, we will unearth it. Together, we will heal it. Working as a team, we will be alchemists, transforming pain into personal power and self-love. You deserve to love all parts of yourself. You deserve to feel whole.
I work best with students who may look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or exhausted underneath. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, coping with trauma, struggling with perfectionism or intrusive thoughts, or trying to navigate major life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and practical. I help clients better understand what is happening, build skills that fit their lives, and make meaningful changes without expecting them to become someone they are not.

I am a passionate and empathetic licensed clinical social worker (therapist). I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapist. With a background in schools and special education, I have extensive training and experience working with all kinds of disabilities & within the Gifted and Talented (GT) community, including the overlap of these labels, commonly known as Twice Exceptional or 2E. I also specialize in working with those impacted by mood disorders, depression & anxiety, self-harm behaviors & self-injury, suicidal ideation, & trauma. I specialize in promoting emotional and relational wellness by addressing concerns about depression, anxiety, and other issues resulting from trauma. I am a naturally intuitive and empathetic person, so part of who I am as a therapist is genuinely enjoying listening to people talk about their lives. My primary goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your feelings - snarkiness, self-deprecating humor, cursing, etc. is all welcome and accepted. Over time, I will help you make sense of your experiences and start to see and understand yourself from a more compassionate perspective. I'm also a neuroscience nerd, so another part of who I am as a therapist is helping you understand how your brain works and the how and why of what we’re doing in therapy. We'll talk about subpersonalities, neuroplasticity, memory networks, and more...but don't worry: I have an extensive library of articles, videos, and memes to help explain things. The most important part of who I am as a therapist is believing that therapy isn't just where you learn how to “deal with” mental health problems, but that for those who are ready, therapy can provide real healing. Using IFS-Informed EMDR, I help clients “reconsolidate” trauma memories, allowing you to experience transformational and lasting change.
There is no “right” way to do therapy, and people need different kinds of help depending on their current life situation and stage of life. Some clients are in need of coping skills to help them with communication, emotion regulation and getting through stressful times. Other clients are looking for help finding meaning and purpose in their day to day lives. I use a combination of mindfulness, dream work, interpersonal skills, guided meditation, coping skills and active imagination to help clients find relief from symptoms related to anxiety, depression, lack of meaning, and struggles in their relationships. Over the last 25 years, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings helping people with various psychological difficulties including combat related issues, severe and persistent mental illness, cumulative relational trauma, psychological struggles related to brain injury, and trauma related to disasters and violence. I believe the goal of therapy is not necessarily to help clients pursue a “happier” life, or even self-awareness for the sake of self-awareness, but to better be able to bring a more soulful way of living back out into their lives; their families and relationships, communities, and the greater world.
I’m Victoria, and my superpower is helping women heal from anxiety and self-doubt to find confidence and self-love. I am dedicated to supporting people as they navigate through the new chapters that pregnancy and parenthood bring. I'm certified and trained through Postpartum Support International as an advocate to increase awareness of perinatal mood and anxiety symptoms. I also specialize in grief and loss, infertility, and adoption. In addition, I offer services and support to individuals and couples wanting to improve their relationships with themselves, their partners and/or their family. I specialize in working with those who are experiencing; depression, anxiety, grief, relational challenges, self-identity issues and trauma. My goal as your therapist is to provide you with an environment where you feel heard and understood. I value creating relationships with my clients and want to build a trusting space for you. I work in collaboration with you to find skills that work for you on an individual basis; actively working towards moving your life in a direction that you desire. Unlike traditional talk-therapy, our work is present-focused, where we work on identifying your values and goals, and look into how they fit into your life. It’s common to believe that you should be able to handle whatever life throws at you on your own, however having support and guidance along the way can make the learning curve much less intimidating.

My goal is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the unique experience they're currently facing. I strive to create a safe place for individuals to come and share their experience with Grief, Loss, Caregiving, Anxiety, Depression and Life Transitions. I integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Person-Centered Therapy throughout the counseling process but may use various theories of therapy to best serve you and your situation. My experience includes working as a Grief Counselor and Support Group Coordinator at a hospice organization, where I was able to support many individuals coping with the significant journey of grief. I understand that grief can be life altering and believe no one should have to go through it alone. I prioritize honesty, compassion, non-judgement, and trust. I'm honored to walk alongside my clients through such significant moments in their lives.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor in Colorado. I’ve spent the last decade+ working with elite performers (athletes, high achieving students & professionals) as they navigate mental health challenges in order to perform in all aspects of their lives. I started working with elite performers in eating disorder and substance use treatment facilitates. College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to new responsibilities and life transitions, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with female college students and young adults who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more confident managing life's challenges. My approach is relational, compassionate, curious, and down-to-earth. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for meaningful change, and I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted. I also believe there's room for humor in therapy—healing doesn't have to be serious all the time. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, increase self-awareness, and develop practical skills to help you manage emotions, cope with stress, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values. My goal is to help you leave therapy with greater confidence, resilience, and tools you can continue using long after our work together.
I work best with students who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep everything together on their own. Many of my clients are juggling classes, relationships, family expectations, and their own mental health, and they're tired of pretending they're fine. I especially connect with students navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or big transitions like starting college, switching majors, or returning to school after time away. Clients often come in feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure of what they want, but they're also thoughtful, motivated, and ready for a space where they don't have to perform. If you're someone who wants support untangling what's working, what's not, and how to move toward a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and genuinely yours, we'll be a great fit.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 15 years of experience and I’m passionate about partnering with individuals on their journey toward improved health and well-being. As a health psychologist, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life as they navigate the challenges that often accompany mental and physical health concerns. Currently, I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults dealing with stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and other health-related issues. A bit about my approach to therapy: I believe therapy is a deeply personal experience, and it’s essential to understand and support the whole person. It’s important to me that every individual feels respected, heard, and that the goals we work toward in therapy are collaborative and meaningful. My hope is that each person feels supported as they make progress toward their goals and gain tools they can carry with them outside of therapy.
