You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating the effects of past experiences, or seeking support around identity-related stress. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and LGBTQ+-related concerns. To support our work together, I draw from a blend of evidence-based, trauma-focused approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and expressive therapies such as art, narrative, and movement-based work. My training is rooted in a relational approach that integrates the neurobiology of trauma, allowing us to explore how early experiences and ongoing stress impact the nervous system and mind–body connection. I also incorporate IFS and ACT to help clients shift unhelpful patterns, build self-worth, and move toward meaningful goals. I am mindful of how identity, culture, and lived experiences shape mental health and the therapeutic process. My goal is to offer care that feels affirming, thoughtful, and responsive to each person’s story. If you’re looking for a therapist who values collaboration, reflection, and authenticity, I welcome you to reach out.
I center my work on supporting LGBTQIA+ students navigating identity concerns related to gender and race. Using DBT, ERP, and solution-focused approaches, I also help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I understand how substance use, relationship challenges, and emotion-regulation struggles can intersect with marginalized identities and amplify feelings of not belonging. My goal is to offer a warm, affirming space where you can bring your full self, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. At Inclusive Insight Psychotherapy, we believe connection is where we heal. My pronouns are he/they.
Many young professionals come to therapy feeling torn between who they are and who they think they should be. You might feel anxious, burned out, or uncertain about how to balance your needs with others’ expectations. Perhaps you’re navigating relationship challenges, loss, or identity shifts that leave you feeling unmoored. However, as a therapist in Chicago, I offer a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—so you can move toward clarity, confidence, and belonging in both work and life. In my clinical approach, I combine trauma-informed and solution-focused therapy to help clients manage anxiety, workplace stress, and relationship issues. Additionally, I specialize in working with young professionals, first-generation individuals, and LGBTQIA+ clients who want to cultivate balance, purpose, and self-acceptance. I also provide couples therapy to strengthen communication and foster understanding, helping individuals and partners deepen connection and growth both within and beyond their relationships. Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re used to managing everything on your own. Nevertheless, you don’t need to have all the answers before beginning. Whether you’re exploring identity, searching for balance, or healing after change, I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care. If you’re ready to feel supported and understood, I’d be honored to walk beside you on your path toward healing and growth. Hi there! I am Eve Haydt, LCPC, and this is the business I formed to work with my clients. I have experience and training working with eating disorders and trauma symptoms, as well as frequent co-occurring concerns, such as mood and anxiety symptoms, relationship concerns, and substance use. I see clients both in person and virtually. Feel free to reach out for a free consult to see if we're a good fit!
Across all therapeutic modalities I aim to maintain a safe space, which allows both therapist and client to collaborate and engage in natural conversation. I believe it is through these interactions where a relationship can be developed and certain insights come to light. In our work together, clients are able to learn more about their relational patterns, both through the experience of retelling their stories as well as firsthand within therapeutic interactions. As these insights provide opportunity for better understanding of current difficulties, ultimately, meaningful and empowered change can be pursued. I utilize a variety of therapeutic styles in my treatment approach including humanistic, relational and psychodynamic based approaches. I also make use of emotion-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral-based approaches when working with couples and symptomatic issues, respectively.

My name is Jenny Logan (She/Her/Hers), and I have over a decade of professional experience in my field. I am dedicated to supporting clients in cultivating more meaningful and fulfilling lives, even in the face of mental health challenges. I am passionate about helping clients strengthen their relationships, heal from attachment wounds and trauma, navigate parenting challenges and life transitions, and address issues such as perfectionism, substance use, grief and loss, social anxiety, and self-acceptance. My work focuses on supporting clients living with chronic pain and conditions, substance use, trauma, and mood related disorders. I am deeply committed to creating affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+, parents, women, young adults, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients. We focus on fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable at your own pace. I know that opening up can take time. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my cats, embracing my role as an aunt, and watching true crime documentaries. I also love road trips, exploring new restaurants, & singing along to music in the car.
I help people understand how their past and their relationships shape who they are today. We look beyond surface symptoms to explore the emotional patterns that might leave you feeling stuck or exhausted by the pressure to be perfect. My approach is warm and focused on the whole picture of your life. I work best with those navigating difficult family dynamics, relationship cycles, or the stress of big life transitions who are ready to build a more authentic and grounded future.
We work with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, and relationship struggles. Every day in our work we witness the power of therapy. Our mission is to use the therapeutic relationship to help individuals reduce suffering, and lead more fulfilling and creative lives. The quality of the "fit" between therapist and client is a critical aspect of the treatment process. Our clinicians have different therapeutic styles and are trained in a variety of treatment approaches including relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma informed care, EMDR, art therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Our past experiences can so often leave scars that make us feel stuck in patterns and disconnected. I specialize in working with people who often feel stuck in life, disconnected from others, and experience social anxiety. Additionally, many of the folks I meet with want an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming therapist.
