You deserve a therapist who really sees you, not just your symptoms. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma across the lifespan. My approach is warm and collaborative, rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices like CBT and DBT. I also incorporate creativity, mindfulness, and the things that matter to you, whether that’s music, art, sports, or storytelling. Before opening my private practice, I served as the Clinical Program Director of a Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) unit, where I supported individuals in acute mental health crises. Prior to that, I worked as a Trauma-Focused sports-based clinician and Program Coordinator, integrating play, movement, and expressive arts to help clients heal in ways that felt empowering and culturally responsive. I've also worked with perpetrators and victims of domestic violence and co-authored publications on Alzheimer's research in medical journals. Across every setting, my focus has always been the same: creating a safe, personalized space that focuses on the client's needs. My practice is exclusively telehealth for your convenience and privacy. I welcome adults (18+) seeking meaningful support, not just surface-level solutions. You deserve a space to slow down and feel truly supported. So let’s figure out what works for you together. Please visit my website below to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from their bodies, their relationships, or a clear sense of who they are... old wounds can show up through self-doubt, overthinking, numbness, or a feeling of not quite belonging. My clients are often introspective, sensitive, or creative souls that come to me during times of transition, burnout, relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, or when seeking a deeper connection to themselves and their purpose. Our therapy process will invite you to slow down, listen inwardly, and repair the hurt that restricts your vitality and authentic self-expression. I specialize in integrative therapy that blends relational talk therapy with body awareness, breath, inner child work, and earth-based practices. I draw from IFS, somatic therapies, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, while also incorporating ACT and CBT to support aligned action. My approach is non-pathologizing and collaborative. Our work will effectively move you towards: greater clarity and confidence in your choices; Emotional resilience and self-compassion; A more authentic connection to yourself and others; A sense of wholeness, direction, and purpose. If it feels like we could be a fit, I would love to hear from you. Reach out to schedule an initial session.

As a therapist and yoga teacher, I strive to provide a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and supported in achieving their treatment goals. First, we will work together to deepen understanding of your current stressors and then identify areas for healing and growth. We will explore a variety of therapeutic techniques together and I am committed to helping you discover what works best for you. My therapeutic style is collaborative and strength-based. I draw upon a myriad of clinical interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, self-compassion research, as well as various yogic and meditative practices. Together we will identify interventions and tools that best serve your unique treatment goals. I firmly believe that healing is possible within the therapeutic relationship and have witnessed clients develop the skills to move through life's challenges with greater ease. It has been a privilege to have served so many on their journey towards well-being, and I am hopeful that I may be able to assist you as well.
My practice has always been focused on serving the BGLTQ+ Community, especially trans & gender diverse people, and polyamorous people. I tend to see a lot of geeky and neurodivergent people. My work as a therapist is informed by early training in both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders and depression, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My approach draws from the applications of mindfulness and self-compassion in psychotherapy, as well as feminist approaches such as Relational-Cultural therapy. Ultimately, I believe it is the relationship that heals, as well as learning to be a kind friend to oneself. I believe that good mental health means knowing you have choices and making them consciously (not which choices you make). (Please note if contacting me: it will save time if you include your insurance company and whether HMO or PPO.)
