My name is Carissa Weber. I am an outdoor enthusiast dedicated to helping others return to enjoying their own lives. As a therapist, I use a blend of treatment modalities, neuroscience, and sarcasm to help clients build on their strengths to rediscover who they are. When we work together, you will have a safe place to share your experience in a judgment-free zone. Rather than "jump to conclusions'' and make uncomfortable treatment recommendations to you after the first session, I will take time to get to know who you are, understand what you are facing, and help you explore ways to relieve your anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I’ve worked to create the kind of non-judgmental therapy space where I’d want to find myself as a client—where one can ugly cry & make dark-humored jokes within the same session.
Our mission is to support the well-being of individuals and families by offering accessible, high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We use a systemic, strengths-based approach that values trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion. We believe in working collaboratively with our clients to support their overall health, growth, and wellness goals.
Choosing to begin therapy is a brave decision. My supportive and empathic nature will help you to navigate the struggles you are facing and develop solutions to everyday problems. As a therapist, I utilize a collaborative and flexible approach to ensure you are an active part of the process. I believe that humor and lightheartedness are vital in the therapy room. I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions, expressive art activities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques into my work. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, I am able to meet the specific needs of each individual. When working with children and adolescents, I believe in the importance of incorporating the entire family into the therapeutic process. I earned my Masters in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in New York, NY and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in school-based, mental health, and child welfare settings.
Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Amanda Tieri, and I’ve been a social worker for over 15 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging and most meaningful moments. My work has taken place primarily in healthcare settings, where I’ve supported people of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate illness, loss, transitions, and healing. What I’ve learned over the years is that every person’s story matters. Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time or returning to it after some time away, I want you to know that this is a space where you will be heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth. I bring not only clinical experience but also a genuine curiosity about who you are and what matters most to you.
I enjoy working with seekers willing to engage in a journey to further self-discovery, and who have a practice (i.e. arts, spiritual, physical)--or seek to have a practice--that guides them.
Everyone has a story, and I believe good mental health care starts by truly listening to it. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I approach each patient as a unique individual with their own experiences, strengths, and goals. My role is not just to diagnose or prescribe, but to partner with you in understanding what you're going through and finding practical ways to help you feel better and move forward. I provide telehealth services to adults across Wisconsin, making care accessible from the comfort and privacy of your own space. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, you're not alone—and I'm here to help support you.
Clients often tell me that I'm "real." I think they appreciate my irreverence, my sense of humor, and the fact that, while I'm kind/gentle, I never BS them. In other words, I come to the therapeutic relationship with curiosity, acceptance, and authenticity. Thus, clients are free to experiment with new ways of being, uncovering insights and answers along the way. Clients often tell me that I'm "real." Thus, clients are free to experiment with new ways of being, uncovering insights and answers along the way. I believe that real change begins with self-acceptance. Lots of people, myself included at times, buy into the notion that beating ourselves up is somehow noble or productive. In our work together, I'll encourage you, rather, to approach your challenges with compassion and inquisitiveness, trusting that you have the resources you need to achieve your goals. If you're ready to explore, I'm eager to listen. Please don't hesitate to reach out!
I love working with people who are ready to learn and put in the work. There's so much freedom on the other side of fear, and it takes a lot of courage to get there. But I can help you realize all the tricks that OCD and anxiety play on you so you can KNOW better to DO better. I'm on your team now! We're in this together.

Life isn’t what you expected. Something happened. Something happened that you never imagined would happen to YOU and it threw all of your life plans off course. Or maybe you look in the mirror today and just don’t recognize the person you see. Either way, your life has taken a turn and you’re in territory you never prepared for, never anticipated. You feel lost, scared, and alone. Guess what? You’re not. I can help you process the unexpected, regain control of yourself, and move forward to create life-altering change and establish a reality that is probably better than you can visualize right now. All you have to do is reach out. Together we'll identify what isn't working for you anymore (maybe it never has). We’ll direct attention to the solutions - working together to create a treatment plan, a way forward, using a combination of evidence-based practices. You deserve specialized care. I can provide that along with a caring, non-judgmental, safe space to explore and grow. I provide video psychotherapy to people in CA and WI. Want a free 10 minute phone consultation? I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and complex family dynamics. My name is Bintou Schoen and I am a board certified general adult psychiatrist. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background working with people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, psychosis, social anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship problems, etc. I received my undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia. I then attended the Medical College of Georgia where I obtained my medical degree. After that, I received my psychiatric training at the University of South Florida in Tampa Florida. I perform psychiatric evaluations and formulate treatment plans with input from my patients - no single approach is right for every individual. I very much like a positive and practical approach to mental health treatment including medication management and therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. I like a person centered approach meaning finding solutions that work for you based on your values and priorities.
I empower individuals to better manage their lives by helping them identify and restructure boundaries within relationships, work, hobbies/interests, and other obligations. We achieve this through assertiveness, self compassion, and esteem/confidence building. Together, we’ll discover what’s been getting in the way of you being the best version of yourself. I utilize a strength-based, client-centered, and integrative approach to working with my clients. We will work collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan to meet your personal goals to improve your overall well being. I look forward to connecting and welcome the privilege of walking alongside you as you discover your best self.
With over 40 years in the mental health field — first as a master's-level therapist and later as a psychologist — I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most difficult moments. My experience spans individual therapy, crisis intervention (providing immediate support during mental health emergencies), and disaster human services (helping communities recover after traumatic events like natural disasters). But my work is only one part of who I am. I'm also a mom, a grandma, an active member of my community, and a proud dog lover. These parts of my life have given me a deep appreciation for the everyday challenges people face — and they shape the way I show up for my clients. I see the world through real-life experiences, not just textbooks, and I bring that perspective into every session.

My name is Kaite (they/them), and I am a queer, neurodivergent, nonbinary therapist. I specialize in working with other queer and neurodiverse individuals to heal from trauma, manage depression and anxiety, and find ways to thrive in a world that was not designed with you in mind. I help by utilizing a variety of approaches in my practice, working with you to find strategies and techniques that align with your goals. I am trained in EMDR and CPT, but I also use DBT, MBCBT, ACT, IFS, somatic techniques, and artistic expression as modalities to help you reprocess and heal from trauma. In our first few sessions, you can expect a therapeutic space that is empowering, sensitive to your needs, and based on collaboration rather than looking at you as a problem to be fixed. My practice is unique because I approach healing from a holistic framework that takes all of your identities, experiences, and goals in mind rather than choosing a one size fits all approach. I am passionate about this work because I also know what it’s like to struggle after experiencing trauma, especially when trying to navigate complex medical systems where other providers do not look or experience the world like you do. I firmly stand with all marginalized groups and actively work within an antiracist, feminist, neurodiverse, and gender-affirming lens. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your continued journey towards mental wellbeing!
