Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Foxborough, MA

Paul Coleman is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Coleman Mental Health Associates specializing in patient mental health. What is essential for people to realize is “no two people are the same”. Thus, each patient will receive an individualized, collaborative care plan in this outpatient office. Treatment includes several mental health conditions that have depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQI issues, and medication management, to name a few. My primary focus and goals are to provide a safe place for patients to realize their strengths. This includes working together with listening to your concerns and developing customizable, collaborative treatment plans that helps you feel empowered in making decisions regarding your care. This biopsychosocial paradigm takes a holistic approach to identifying and assess overall health. This includes exercise, sleep hygiene, and psychotherapy to name a few. While medication management is part of this practice, not everyone needs medications, therefore prescribing when necessary. The goal is to get to the root cause of your struggles and help you move forward.

Concord, MA

At Kiwi Recovery, you’ll find specialized clinical care with the goal of helping adolescents and young adults find sustainable pathways toward recovery. We offer effective, evidence-based outpatient behavioral health treatment in our Concord center. Behavioral health and addiction issues can seem overwhelming. Peer pressure, academic stress, and the process of growing up are already difficult enough, but the added pressure of mental health struggles or substance use can make it even harder. Adolescents and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other conditions may turn to drugs and alcohol for relief. However, this often leads to a cycle of dependence and addiction. Kiwi Recovery is here to break this cycle. We provide individualized treatment plans backed by evidence-based practices and the most up-to-date research, and our team is passionate about helping this population move toward recovery.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist

As a licensed social worker, I specialize in helping individuals, both adolescents and adults, navigate the challenges of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower my clients to manage their symptoms, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and to feel more comfortable with the inevitable discomfort and uncertainty that humans face daily. I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their struggles. I believe in a holistic approach that addresses not just symptoms, but the whole person. I also value open communication, so I encourage feedback throughout our work together to ensure we are on the right path. I am passionate about this work because I truly believe that with the right tools and support, everyone has the ability to live a value-based life. I love seeing my clients develop a better understanding of their strengths and learn to live with uncertainty. It is amazing to me how much bigger the world can seem when we are not constrained by our fears.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Boston, MA

Welcome. My name is Kate, and I offer psychodynamically oriented, trauma-informed, compassionate, and affirming therapy to folks of all kinds. I work with people across the lifespan, many of whom identify as queer and/or neurodivergent and are trying to make sense of a world that can feel overwhelming. Some are living with long-term stress, trauma, anxiety, or depression, while others are seeking support with life transitions, relationships, or family dynamics. I also offer clinical supervision. Clients often value working with me when they feel ready to explore their inner world more deeply—to better understand the hopes and fears beneath relational and behavioral patterns that increase suffering. I also regularly offer skills-based techniques, drawing from DBT, to help with in-the-moment management of distress and emotional overwhelm. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to a successful experience. My hope is to provide every client with a safe, supportive space to explore, learn more about themselves, feel truly seen, heard and accepted, build new skills, grow, and reconnect with who they really are. I look forward to connecting with you.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I specialize in helping people to manage and recover from eating disorders and co-occurring illnesses. I believe that clients who struggle with eating disorders have inherently painful emotions which are managed by various harmful behaviors so I work collaboratively with clients, their support network, and their outpatient providers to find ways to change these behaviors and manage emotions in both the short and long term. In my outpatient practice, I see individuals of all ages and genders who struggle with a wide variety of challenges related to disordered eating, body image issues, and low self-esteem. When I'm not seeing outpatient clients, I also work full-time at a local eating disorder facility, and am able to facilitate referrals to local treatment centers as needed. I remain committed to continuing to work with clients while they need a higher level of support. In addition to in-office individual therapy, I also offer recovery coaching in the community. This can include a wide variety of support including meal coaching, food exposures, and body image improvement coaching. Please contact me for additional information. I am currently accepting new clients and offer both weekly therapy sessions and EMDR intensives, allowing you to choose the pace and structure that best fits your needs. I strive to create a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to process painful emotions and life experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, helping you move toward healing with clarity and support. I specialize in trauma treatment and offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), one of the most well-researched and effective therapies for trauma and PTSD. In addition to traditional talk therapy and weekly EMDR sessions, I also provide EMDR intensives and Ketamine-Assisted EMDR for clients seeking deeper, more accelerated healing. While I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, I have a particular passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate the complexities of today. I earned my Master of Social Work with a specialization in behavioral health from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wake Forest University. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Maryland.
