I am Foundationally Trained by The Linehan Institute/Behavioral Tech. in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), (12/8/14-12/12/14). DBT adapts CBT to assist patients to deal with stress. This approach combines acceptance and change through the principle of dialectics. I have found my training invaluable in assisting clients to achieve personal harmony.

I am a licensed therapist with a twenty-four year experience working with adult individuals with a vast of life challenges to assist them in developing adaptive coping mechanisms and strategies to deal with their individual challenges.
