I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach focused on healing and finding or returning to joy in life. Outside of my work with clients, I love reading, hiking, and going to concerts and comedy shows. I work with people navigating a season of change, whether through grief, identity exploration, burnout, or relationship transitions, and they are seeking a space where they don’t have to carry it all alone. They may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the future, but they also have a deep desire to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Many of the people I work with are highly introspective and care deeply about others, but struggle to extend that same compassion to themselves. They want to feel seen, validated, and supported as a whole person with layered experiences. I specialize in working with people moving through grief, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. I offer a queer-affirming and trauma-informed space where clients can show up as they are. My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and grounded in deep listening. If you're feeling the weight of grief, burnout, identity shifts, or emotional disconnection, you don't have to face it alone. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen when you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Therapy is a powerful act of selfcare and trust, and I'd be honored to be part of that journey with you.
We are Social Workers who offer a warm and helpful approach to moving you forward in the direction of a happier, more fulfilling life. We specialize in depression and anxiety.

Are you experiencing stress in your relationships and you want to build healthier ones? Maybe you find saying “no” to be impossible, you don’t feel heard by others, or you have a difficult time managing your emotions on top of typical college stressors. Perhaps past relationships, trauma, or negative experiences have impacted you. It can be so frustrating and isolating to focus on healing in order to build a better future. You don’t have to be alone in it. It is natural for people to get stuck throughout life, especially during transitions (and college is a big one!). I am here to help you adapt and reconnect with yourself. You want to reconnect with the version of you know have seemingly disconnected from. Reconnecting with things YOU enjoy and learning to put yourself first. Through building coping skills and in a safe and compassionate therapy space, together, we will work to build the best version of you. I have experience with a variety of issues and diagnosis, but typically my specialities include people who have experienced eating disorders, anxiety, trauma & ptsd, and borderline personality disorder. Therapy is a place for you to navigate your struggles with me as the passenger beside you. I show up for my clients authentically, to make it easier for them to do so as well. I would describe myself as down to earth, direct, and witty, relying on humor to make therapy feel less daunting. Healing can be uncomfortable, but you don't have to go at it alone.
I provide individual therapy to people ages 18 and up. I specialize in working with queer and trans people, pot-stirrers, and outsiders. I enjoy working with people who are confronting major identity shifts, people who are navigating issues with their families of origin, and people who are trying to envision a future they never imagined themselves in (What is middle age? What is aging in queer spaces? How can I live meaningfully in late stage capitalism?).
You’ve learned how to hold it all together. From the outside, you might look like you have everything in place but inside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from always showing up for everyone else. Maybe you’ve spent years pushing your feelings down, keeping the peace, or taking responsibility for things that were never fully yours. And now, your body is telling you something needs to change. I work with hard-working women who are ready reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. Together, we'll slow down the present, process the past, and find your power in the future. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and approachable. I believe therapy should feel human, meaningful, and supportive. If you’re ready to create space for yourself and start feeling more like you again, I’d love to connect. Historically, I have worked with children and adults processing trauma, and supported those diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. However, in recent years I have begun to narrow my focus on supporting University students. At this time in history I feel supporting the mental health of this group is of the utmost importance as they face existential and emotional challenges unique to the generations that have come before. Using a combination of creative interventions and talk therapy techniques, I offer a unique and collaborative therapeutic experience to support individuals through the transitional space of University life and provide a safe and affirming space for them to reflect on who they are and who they want to be in this world.
